SUMIFS within a time frame to calculate total %

Hi

I have a rows of start and finish dates and in those dates I have an assigned person with a percentage of capacity or allocation.

what I want to achieve is on a separate sheet to perform a SUMIFS formula to sum up a users capacity % within a time frame.

I have tried several iterations but cannot get it to work. I'm getting 0% all the time.

do you wanna share the formula you are using and screenshot of the tables?

it's difficult to see what goes wrong based on the description only.
