How to use (rebuild_assignments) in an API call to reset the bill rates of a project

Hi every one,

Have anyone tried to use the (rebuild_assignments) through an API call to reset the bill rates in some project ? , I tried hard but it's not working with me. Also no clear clarification on how to use it in the API documentation.

I need an example please.
