Control Center Error When creating a Workspace from a template

Hello,
I keep receiving errors when trying to create a workspace from a template in Control Center.
Neither error is informing me of a possible fix. Please help!

These errors often happen due to template mismatches, permissions issues, control center settings, or system limitations. If you’ve already checked these and the issue continues, try reloading the template in Control Center or restarting the configuration process.
