Assistance Needed with Automation for Copying Rows Across Sheets
Hi,
I’m working on creating a master sheet that tracks all my open action items from multiple sheets. I’ve been attempting to use the “Copy a row to another sheet when specified criteria are met” automation, but I keep encountering an issue. Each time I try to set up the automation, the sheet I’m trying to copy the rows into doesn’t appear as an option.
I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
Notes:
- The sheets are in separate work spaces
- The sheet columns mirror each other
- I am an admin on the sheets i'm copying from
- I am the owner of the Master sheet I am copying rows to

Hello,
It happened to me as well earlier. Make sure that the Master sheet is saved and just try after few minutes.
In my case Smartsheet needed some time to see the Destination Sheet but it always showed up even after like 3 minutes or so.
