Make a Form Available Offline by Form Setting

Currently, forms can be accessed offline, but users must manually enable the toggle each time they open a form. This means each user has to activate the option before accessing the form. It would be more efficient if this feature could be enabled in the Form settings as a one-time change, removing the need for users to toggle it each time.

If it's not feasible to enable the toggle per form, an alternative would be to provide a "Make all forms available offline" option within the user profile. This would allow users to turn on offline capabilities for all forms at once, preventing the possibility of overlooking the toggle for individual forms.
