Many of the articles I have seen are showing the idea of new tasks showing up every time a person resolves them. In my example below, I am more looking to block a person's time "permanently" for 2 hours on every Monday and every Wednesday.
DBA1 has server maintenance tasks every Monday and Wednesday, therefore they are unavailable for 2 hours a day on both.
Can Smartsheet accomplish this easily?
