RETURN TEXT VALUE FROM ANOTHER SHEET

What formula can I use to only return the TEXT Value displayed on another sheet in a specific cell? I do not want to use the link function.

e.g.:

if the cell contains: WO#: 1278

I want a formula that will bring over that "WO#: 1278 into a different sheet.

@KempenUSA If you don't want to use a direct Cell Link, you'd have to have a way to lookup the value by a unique ID and then use and Index() Match() formula combo.
