Do people at smartsheet send email after we use dynamic view and data shuttle

Hi guys, I am a new user and have been tasked to test the dynamic views and data shuttle functions of smartsheet.Recently I have received a mail from someone claiming that they are from smartsheet with details about my recent use of data shuttle and dynamic view, and asked me if I want to call them to discuss my options with purchasing the add ons functionalities.Is that normal?

It sounds like you’re using our Advance Capabilities Evaluations for Data Shuttle and Dynamic View. As per the help article below, you’ll receive weekly emails once the evaluation begins, and these emails will continue until the evaluation concludes.

So, it’s definitely possible that someone from the Sales team has reached out - but, as with any external emails, make sure you check the domain of the sender and be cautious.
