I have set up a datasheet and need to get a count of items that match my primary column value and are assigned to various team members that are in a multiselect column. I tried this formula =COUNTIFS({Staff Assignment}, HAS({Staff Assignment}, "ARS"), {RAG}, [Primary Column]@row), but I get a "0" value. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!
