I am using this formula and I cannot convert it to a column-based format - what am I doing wrong
=IFERROR(NETDAYS([REQ. DATE1]@row, [SET DATE 2]@row), "")

Your formula seems fine. Have you verified your column names match those in your formula exactly, and that the column you are placing the formula into is formatted as Text/Number? If those are all correct, we may need to see a screenshot of this file in order to troubleshoot. Feel free to obfuscate any confidential information or replace it with "dummy" data.
