Best Template for Project Management

Managing a integration project but have six externals platform im integrating. I would like to have one overall main plan, but I will need to keep track of the individual six platforms througout the integration since they are at all different stages. I tried the Project Managemnt WBS is this a good template to use for this? these are some of things I would like to track:

  • Project Phase (Planning, Implementation, Testing, Complete)
  • Current Status (On Track, At Risk, Behind Schedule)
  • Key Milestones (Integration Development, Testing, Go-Live)
  • Assigned Leads (Refer to your team list for each platform)
  • Completion Dates (Planned vs. Actual)
