Index match from separate sheet
I can't seem to find the answer to this. I have one worksheet that contains a list of countries and a second column that lists the amount time to fill a resource in that country. In a separate sheet I would like to select one of these countries from a drop down and then have the time to fill from the other worksheet populate cell next to it. What would my formula be?
Worksheet I would like to reference "Country Fill Timelines"
Worksheet where I would like the data to populate in the Fill Timeline column

@Michelle Choate 2 You have your first two fields in the MATCH function flipped around.
=INDEX({Time To Fill}, MATCH([COUNTRY FOR USE OF RESOURCE]@row, {Country}, 0))

@Paul Newcome - So I do! I will go correct that.
