Populate cell with selection in one of multiple columns

I'm very new to Smartsheet and I don't work with formulas often.

I'm hoping there is a fairly simple formula out there to make this work, but I haven't had any luck so far.

What I'm trying to do is systematically populate the "Funeral Director" column with one of the selections made in either the "AJ Holly Directors", "Valley Directors" or "Wichmann Directors".

So in the example below, I would like Mike's information to populate the "Funeral Director" field for that row.

If a "Valley Director" had been selected (via the submitted form), then the "Valley Director" should populate the "Funeral Director" field.

I have some other fields set up via Automation to change, but I'm reaching the max number of automations allowed for the sheet, so hoping there is a formula to achieve this.

Thank you!

If only ever one is selected from the other directors columns, you could just use a JOIN formula spread across those three columns and then it would bring in whatever info was in there. =JOIN([AJ Holly Directors]@row:[Wichmann Directors]@row).
