Document generator returns "0" in all fillable fields

Hi, we've been working with document generator since the beginning. All of a sudden one of the sheets started generating all documents with value "0" in all fillable fields. Document was not changed for 10 months, nothing has changed. I've tried reuploading same document, also started document from scratch - no matter what i do - all filled fields are "0".

This is very weird behaviour.

Have you checked if someone played with mapping? Have you tried to map a new document?

It could be that someone removed the columns and added again with the same names but it will mean that remapping needs to be done again.

Let me know what is the output.

OK the problem was solved but it opens EVEN more questions.

When i started working with a problem i opened the backup file (empty fillable forms that i uploaded to smartsheet 10 months ago) in my PC and it was changed - all fields instead of "Visible but doesn't print", became "Hidden" and had "0" value set inside of them. But i didn't upload that file to Smartsheet! When i opened documents generator it was "last changed 10 months ago" or something. I hadn't opened the sheet itself for last few months, because i didn't even need that.

I know nobody else changed anything, because i am the only system administrator in our company, and the only one who knows how smartsheet works. It sounds totally absurd this happened.

1st - i didn't change the file in my PC, it changed on itself. I didn't touch and nobody else touched it on Smartsheet. HOW?

The only thing i can think of is the same day document broke down i updated my Adobe Acrobat that i used to make the file. However, in which paralel world of quantum physics would that affect file copy sitting in Smartsheet server???

Also few other documents broke down and stopped generating Lithuanian letters anymore (ą,č,ę,ė,į,š,ų,ū,ž). I had to delete fields completely and recreate them in my fillable forms for these letters to start appearing.

Anyway i reported this to Smartsheet support, not sure if they will look into that because this sounds like a fairytale rather than reality.
