Is there a way to have form pop up when a box is checked? Or have a form be an option for an update
I am trying to create a project where when someone checks a box, it requires them to fill out a form that would email out to a group to let them know that they need help. Is this possible or are there better alternatives?
My idea here is there if a team is working on a project and they are held up on something and that is why it is not progressing, then they have the option to click the button in that line that they need help and it has them fill out a form to explain more of why there is an issue and that form goes to the group that would be able to help.
Or maybe if the status of a line changes to red, they are either required to update it or fill out a form for help?
Any and all suggestions welcome!

This is where automations become your friend. You can create an email or teams notification that requests an update in a certain box based off of when something happens (status turns red, box is checked, information on why you need help column is filled out, etc.). Then it can email/teams/slack just a notification to people in a cell or pre-determined earlier, request an update from people in the cell/predetermined parties, etc. So you could have a "Requesting Help - Explain More Here" column that emails out a notification once that cell is filled out.
