Such a great formula @Paul Newcome, I found this very useful. Is there a reason that the Number column needs to be a manual entry instead of using an AutoNumber column? I found that the formula would error when I tried to reference an AutoNumber column.

@D.Murtagh It is because there needs to be a number in that column for the formula to reference. Manual entry allows you to pre-fill rows to accommodate as many entries as you will need. Using an auto-number column, you'll need to figure out how to get a new row added to the sheet each time you need to increase the count.
