Automation randomly causing an Infinite Loop error

I am in need of some help with this automation. It stops running intermittently because of an infinite loop. Any help is appreciated.

and where InSeasonApprov... is not checked

It's confounding that the workflow automation occasionally ends up in an infinite loop. Changes made via workflow automations are not supposed to trigger other automations.
