Everytime I update my plan on smartsheet that uses Jira connector, post the sync with Jira, it re-arranges the rows in a random order (maybe based on order of sync). Why does this happen and how can I lock the rows so that the hierarchy I define on Smartsheet manually never gets re-arranged but only receives updated value in its cells.
Right now my plan goes for a toss and all the tasks get re-arranged, losing all indentation thus Feature titles are no longer linked with its sub-tasks.
