Hello,

I am building a row report and I am running into some roadblocks.

I am trying to show the number of client requests we received in the last seven days, how many we resolved in the last seven days, how many cases we still have open, how many have been still open (pending) in 15 days or more, and how many are pending in 30 days or more.

Here is what I have so far with the filters, but the amounts are not coming out right. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

are you sure you setup the logic properly I mean the AND and OR to meet the criteria?
