Uploading multiple contacts for Dynamic View

Hi,

I had to manually load 200+ email addresses for Dynamic view. Can that be fixed so I can simply add a comma separated email list?

Add the attachment URL to a column for a row to be listed in the JIRA description.
I am using a formula to grab different columns data for a row to be used to create the JIRA description for a ticket. I need to be able to have the attachment URL for a row to be listed in the JIRA description as well as part of the formula when the ticket is created.
