Not allowing me to save the Automation

Hi Folks,

I have Enterprise license and Admin privileges on the Smartsheet which my teammate has created and even then I am getting the below message.

And this happens only when i add Request Approval automation step.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Hi @AjS,

    It sounds like the sheet owner (likely your colleague who created the sheet) is on a plan that’s not Business or Enterprise - the owner of the sheet must be on the relevant plan type so that users can create and save automations. 

    As you already have Admin permissions on the sheet, I’d recommend having the sheet owner change ownership to you, so that the sheet will be owned by a user on an Enterprise plan.
