Data Shuttles aren't processing on upload

I can process them by clicking RUN, but they won't process on upload. Any ideas on why?

Sometimes I find that there is a temporary delay which can be sometimes as long as ten minutes rather than instantaneous. How long are you waiting before clicking RUN?
