File library availability

Hello,

I’m currently on the Smartsheet Business plan and I’ve noticed that the File Library feature seems to be available for my subscription level, but I’m unable to locate it when i open the workspaces. Could anyone help clarify if this feature is accessible with my plan? If it is, could you provide guidance on how to find and enable it?

Hope this helps! Here is the link to all things File Library. On the left side of your screen where our Navigation Icons are, it should be right below the "+" sign. It looks like a little file folder with two people on it.

If you have further troubles locating, you might have to contact Smartsheet Support for them to "turn it on" or assist you.
