check box and week days match

hi

i'm worling on two tables, one to identify assigned days off per employee and another on to identify days off on a yearly basis.

i'm looking for a formula that recognize the two days assigned on the first table and automatically check the appropriate box on the second table for all dates.

Something like =IF(Vlookup()) could work. Is there a date column to compare in table 1?
