Field not showing on automation workflow
Hi there,
I'm trying to create an automation workflow to check a "checkbox" field when the task in that row is past due; however, when I create the workflow, the checkbox column that I created is not showing as one of the options on the final screenshot below.
Any ideas why?

Hi @Jorge_Gtz - I ran a quick test from scratch and it worked. In the sheet the column property is check box only and titled 'complete'. See if this serves as a guide (I also changed the trigger). I ran the test now by using the test now/run now buttons. Hope this helps a bit.

Thank you so much @Yvonne Smythe !
The problem was that my "Checkbox" was actually a flag icon. I needed to select the actual "Checkbox" type. Automation won't work with any other symbol :)

A checkbox is a separate column type. That "Text/Number" at the top of your screenshot dropdown and the "Dropdown (Single Select)…" at the bottom are groupings of the available columns. To all appearances, your screenshot dropdown is a list of all columns left-to-right in your sheet - grouped by the column type. They aren't listed in alphabetical order.
The short answer - keep scrolling… it's in there somewhere. 😀 Good luck!

Thanks @Kerry St. Thomas , unfortunately is not my case :( I did scroll all the way down and I only see the "Text/Number" and "Dropdown" column types, for some reason I don't see "checkbox/symbol" types, even though on the automation description of the condition says that they are an option (last screenshot):
(only 2 column types I see)
