Adding contacts

my team (who are not licensed users) are wanting to add contacts but it either will not let them populate the box (using copy and paste) or it will let them add a name but not a space between the first and second names. Any help?

Users on all plans should be able to add contacts in My Smartsheet Contacts (see the help article below for more information):

• Manage contacts in the My Smartsheet Contacts list

The issues you’ve described might be related to the affected users’ browsers or browser extensions - I’d recommend having them take the troubleshooting steps in this article: Issue: Smartsheet is continuously loading, not responding, or not displaying certain items.
