Offload and Upload (Data Shuttle)

I was following the instructions here to automatically update dropdown values, but could not get the offload to work (as in the workflow runs successfully, but does not create a file).

Hi @charish - This process needs a drop down source list (The link you shared works with an offload the list (you create) from a Smartsheet location) and a target sheet (created by you to receive the offload). Hope this helps.

Hi @Yvonne Smythe, thanks a lot for your response. I have all of this set up. I have a source list with drop down values and a target sheet (same) for the attachment. Is there any other way to troubleshoot what's causing this given the workflow is running successfully without outcomes.

If all else fails I would log this issue in the portal, as there was an issue with the app mid November.

Did you double and triple check that the target for the offload is the correct sheet?

Thanks, Paul. When you say correct sheet, are you referring to a specific criteria? I did double check the target sheet for the attachment (i set this to the same as the source sheet to avoid confusion). Happy to provide more details.

Not necessarily specific criteria. But if you have two sheets that are named the same or very similar, it could be easy to accidentally select the wrong sheet when setting up the target for the offload. Also make sure you are looking at sheet attachments on the target sheet instead of row attachments.
