=IF(IFERROR(MATCH([Email(s)]@row, {HS Reg emails}, 0), 0) >= 1, 1, 0)

@Paul Newcome so it's returning an #incorrect argument set😩 I know I'm missing something basic but can't remember if no match it should be blank. Maybe I'm missing an INDEX??
