Document Builder Format Options

I'd love for the ability to set custom data or text formatting from sheet data being added to a document with the Smartsheet Document builder. When using some components, like a Contact List, the values come in as email addresses, rather than names, so I've had to use an additional text column and formula as a workaround. Would love the ability to set custom content formats depending on the source column type.
