Pin Smartsheet Items in Workspace

I would like to be able to Pin items inside a workspace, to the top of the workspace view. When I pin these items, I would like them to be pinned for all users shared to the workspace. This would help my team immensely as we are a bilingual organization (JP and EN) and we often need to put an "!" at the beginning to keep certain sheets or dashboards at the top for easy access. Currently, any items beginning with Japanese language are sent below English named items.
