Document Generator inconsistent Font

I am working on a process where we are bringing in two different signatures, but we need the font to be the same for the signature. Both fields are changed in Adobe to be the same font, but one is the font and the other is a regular font.

We messed around with it and we were able to get it to bring in two different fonts

Has anyone run into this problem before?

I had exactly the same issue and then I noticed it was the settings in the PDF application where I was creating fillable fields.

I was using Adobe Acrobat Pro for making PDFS that were later used smartsheet with document builder. In Adobe Acrobat Pro I had to set up the font type, size etc. once the same everywhere smartsheet will generate with the same font.
