Workflow not triggered when row changes

Cells that contain cross-sheet formulas or cell links won’t trigger a workflow that automatically changes the sheet (Move Row, Copy Row, Lock Row, Unlock Row, Approval Request). To work around this, consider using time-based automation or recurrence workflows.

I dont think you need the condition since you want to set it to 100. Try deleting the condition and see what occurs.

I tried deleting the condition but it had no effect.

When I change either column, it does not update the other.

that shouldn't matter - I recreated and it worked for me. is the % complete a text/ number column? if not, any value restrictions?

It is text/number.

Do you think the Condition should be 1 instead of 100%

could try it but I dont think thats the issue. I'd have to see the sheet and what its doing. did you run a test automation?
