Adding or changing phases in Smartsheets that live in Resource Management

Can I build, add, edit phases in Resource Management by way of a Smartsheet sheet? I know I can add phases in Resource Management, but I am trying to manage my projects only in Smartsheet.

You can create, edit, delete phases all within your Smartsheet sheet instead of managing them in RM. Those updates in the sheet will flow into your connected Resource Management project. This way, you can manage your projects primarily in Smartsheet, while still being able to have accurate information flowing into Resource Management and leveraging it for reporting and capacity planning.
