Hi Alicia,
Creating a public workspace is not functionality I am aware of, but here are some options for you:
- Each PM has a workspace for basic projects and personal projects. The Basic Project workspaces would be accessible to everyone. I'd recommend creating a group for this in your User Admin to make this easier. Here's a link for how to do that: https://help.smartsheet.com/learning-track/level-1-get-started/groups
- Basic Projects can all go into one workspace that is shared with everyone and each PM can have their own workspace for Personal projects. Again using a group permission set for the Basic Projects workspace.
- If you are on Enterprise, WorkApps could potentially be leveraged here as well.

I created a Workapp and I can't figure out how to make it public so I can post it in forums here with a question I have. Any ideas?
