Hello Smartsheet Community,
It seems like I have a problem that others have had in the past: neither I nor anyone else is receiving email notifications from Smartsheet workflow automations that I created. If they have an account, everyone is receiving notifications within Smartsheet, but not via email. The automation is set to reach out to "contacts in a cell".
To answer any follow up questions:
- The workflow and automations do send Smartsheet notifications, so they do work (attached for reference)
- I am receiving email notifications from other Smartsheet, so my email notification settings are correct (attached for reference)
- Contacts being reached out are already added in the "safe for sharing" list, and email notifications have been tested in the past, and they work.
- Automation permissions are set yo "unrestricted"
Can someone help me figure out what the issue is? I have been struggling with this issue for a month now, and it is considerably hindering my work. I already reached out to Smartsheet support, and they were not able to provide any useful insight
