ERROR while using Unito to sync to Monday.com account

Our Monday.com account has been synchronized with our Customer's SmartSheet account for 6 months flawlessly using Unito. Yesterday it stopped syncing. I contacted Unito support and they confirmed it is an issue within Smartsheet, citing error "The operation you are attempting to perform is not supported by your plan.\" with the api call "https://api.smartsheet.com/2.0/users"

As i do not have access to the customer's smartsheet account, what can I ask them to do (or do myself) to fix this issue ASAP? They are still on the Enterprise smartsheet plan. Thank you

    Is it an issue with Smartsheet? Based on how I read what they said, it sounds like the they are referring to your Unito plan? Or was that Smartsheet that commented about it not being supported?

  • @Paul Newcome no, Unito support sites the error to be with Smartsheet. Specifically, the api call "https://api.smartsheet.com/2.0/users." Smartsheet support ensures this is not the problem… Smartsheet wants to help and I do appreciate them getting on 2 zoom calls with me while I share my screen but nothing has helped… Smartsheet is at the point where they are saying it is a problem with the unito tool, while Unit support ensures it is not the tool, and cite specific errors with smartsheet… Very frustrating. A week is a LONG time to be disconnected from this information and be entering everything manually. I have upgraded my smartsheet plan AND unito plan (spent about $350 in doing this for 1 month) just to be sure, and still nothing… Any ideas?

    That's a valid API call. As long as you have access to the Smartsheet API, that particular call should work. Smartsheet does not limit certain calls to certain plans.

    I do understand the frustration, but I am still leaning towards Unito being the issue based on what I can see here.

    I don't think Unito can tell you what is or is not supported by your Smartsheet plan. Have you reached out to Monday.com to see if maybe there is an issue on their end?
