Can analyze data be used in sheet summary or dashboard
It would be great if the analyze data tool could be copied to the sheet summary or dashboard to continue to be updated as new data comes into the sheet. Is this possible?

It depends on the output. Generally speaking, formulas can do quite a bit.

I know the formulas can… but the data that is produced with the small charts, etc. Would be nice to copy from AI and paste somewhere within the system and the data follows.

Ah. Ok. So the copy/paste of that won't work unfortunately, but I'd be happy to help you navigate replicating some of that data for a dashboard.
