This is the first time I am using this, and assume my logic is incorrect as I can't get a chart to appear!
I have a listing of tasks in a sheet that I want to create a burndown chart for using Work Insights. The sheet is basically a RAID listing, with action items that are due.
Data points on the chart I am using for Work Insights from the sheet:
Column to track effort - Spint Points. Data that resides here is numerical and are the point efforts for each task/row.
Completed Items are indicated by - (selected) Sprint Completed. Taken from the Sprint column. Data here is either Completed, Current, or Planned (dropdown list).
Column to identify in-scope items - Sprint. Data here is either Completed, Current, or Planned (dropdown list).
Sprint - (selected) Current
Date Range - left at default which is Dec 12 - Dec 17
The output I get is "Sorry, we couldn't find any results" even though there are items that have a Sprint that equals Current with points noted in the Sprint Points field. Though I don't know how the work insight determines the date something was burned, and that is why I feel I am missing something. Anything you can provide for feedback is appreciated!
