How to run reports involving a percentage of different dropdown options

hey all - I just started using Smartsheet to keep track of our company's sales quotes/conversions ETC.
I'm trying to build a report that reflects the total $ and number of quotes by a responsible teammate and reflects a % of converted quotes to track our ability to accurately and quote timely.
I'm running into an issue where I cannot draw data from a "dropdown list" in a report. I basically want a" show % of cells in this column that is populated with [Converted]" option, but I have yet to see any way to make this happen!
Is this possible? or does anyone have a better way of showing the same information?

Are you able to provide more details and some screenshots for context?

Of course - This is the sheet I'm pulling from cut in half to get rid of sensitive info. I am trying to show how many of X Sales Teammates quotes have been "converted" to orders as a %

You can filter by each group type, then have them count each group. But it will not give you a percentage of the total for each group.

You would need to use a separate sheet with formulas containing cross sheet references. Your formulas would look something like:
=COUNTIFS({Team}, @cell = "Team A", {Conversions}, @cell = "Converted") / COUNTIFS({Team}, @cell = "Team A")
You would then select the option to show the column containing this formula as a percentage.
