Help me fix this formula.
=IF {2025 IOE Procedure Assessments Equipment} MATCHES [Equipment]@ROW, then {AUDIT ON EQUIPMENT COMPLETED}, should return a "Completed" value

If the formula above did not work for you, it may be because of the capitalization. @row needs to be lower case.
Try it again but with lower case:
=INDEX({AUDIT ON EQUIPMENT COMPLETED}, MATCH([Equipment]@row, {2025 IOE Procedure Assessments Equipment}, 0))
