Why are my formulas suddenly not working?
Hi,
I have created formulas in the past and have even used your AI helper option to create formulas with good results. Yet, over the past couple of days whether I use AI or create a formula I am getting either an unparseable error or some other error. Please help. I am simply trying to count the number of in progress items that are listed as a Risk" on a sheet. Thanks!

Make sure the column names in the formula are spelled exactly the same as they are in the sheet to include any extra spaces that may not be immediately visible.

@Amy Tyner? Could you provide the current formula you are trying to use?

Hi!
Here you go. Please note in this case I am asking for the formula to check the RAID column and count if that RAID is a Risk with an Open status. I tried adding in the AND after the "Risk", but that didn't change my unparseable result. I also tried changing from COUNTIFS to just COUNTIF, same result.
=COUNTIFS([RAID Category]:[RAID Category], "Risk", [Status]:[Status], "Open")

Thank you Paul! Turns out there were two spaces in the "Status" field. I removed those plus I also updated the column fields to allow multiple values in the cell. In any case, I am good to go. Happy New Year!
