Ability to reference existing RM projects from a Project Plan

This is functionality that use to be there but recently taken away. We create tentative RM projects to represent projects that are in the sales process. Once booked, the project becomes confirmed and a project plan is built around it. The project plan then referenced the existing project.

With the latest release, only new RM projects can be referenced by a project plan sheet. This makes no sense.

Please put back the previous functionality of referencing an existing RM project.
