Global Conditional Formatting

Hi, is there any way to have Smartsheet apply conditional formatting to any cell that matches a criteria? Let's say I have a sheet with 50 dropdown columns containing "Pass", "Fail", "Remediated", or "N/A". I want any cell that contains "Pass" to be green, "Fail" to be red, etc. It looks like I have to write a conditional rule for each cell at the moment, which would result in 200 different rules. Is there a better way?

Create one conditional format rule for one of your columns.
Click the Clone Rule for Columns button.

3. Select the columns that you want to clone the rule for.

4. Press "OK" and then SSFeatures will generate all of the conditional format rules for you.
