Resource Management - Report of Over-Allocations?

Is there a way to get a report of anyone in the tool who has no assignments (0% allocation) or is over-allocated (>100% allocation)? I can view this information at a glance live in the Schedule tab with the Allocation Heatmap, but I'd like to export the information in a table (name, email, allocation percentage).

I think you would have to use an advanced report from RM that feeds info back to Smartsheet. It will create a sheet of the data you get, as well as reports, and you can build the report you want from that sheet. Take a report which is like the next 30 days for example so that it updates everyday and always show you future data.
