Formula to check a box if box is checked on a different sheet

I have 2 sheets, In sheet one I have department names and I'm trying to use those cells to find the department names in a different sheet and return back if a box is checked.

Help please!

I've tried =INDEX({COLUMN WITH CHECKBOX}, MATCH([Department name]@row, {Department Name}, 0))
