Filter Criteria in Workapp stops working, is there an issue in workapp?

I have created a WorkApp with a few report sheets using my licensed work account. Initially, the filter criteria were working fine. However, earlier today, it stopped functioning properly and now shows the following prompt every time I try to create a filter: (see screenshots)
Could you please help me resolve this issue? Let me know if you need any additional information.

I'm unable to replicate what you're seeing; I would try the basic troubleshooting steps to start:
- Log out then log in again
- Double check your internet connection
- Try a different browser or incognito mode
