If I add a new feature to a Form, Dashboard, Report, etc. can I send a broadcast notification?

I would like to send a blast to notify users of new features. Similar to the top banner, or can be an email, or the like? I know there's integration to Microsoft Teams but would like to do something more overt.

Any/all assistance is appreciated, thanks.

You can give a try with the workflow automation,

Trigger the workflow based on specific events, such as a new row being added to a notification tracker.

I was thinking more of when I add a new area in a form, or a dashboard that I can broadcast it out to the Users to notify them there's been new development. Versus the automation which is more Sheet focused.
