Access Denied when trying to create from a template

I have created many workspaces from templates over the past year+ with no issue and I can still access all of my other previously-created workspaces/sheets/etc. but today, I'm trying to create a new workspace from a template and it comes back telling me "access denied". I'm part of a team who all have licenses (Business-level) and I've never had this happen before. I rebooted, logged out and back into Smartsheet and tried again, and I'm getting the same result. Has anyone had this happen before?
