How long does it take to add a new user to Brandfolder?

So, as an administrator to our brandfolder account, I'm able to send user invites to those who request it. However, whenever I insert an email address and message to that person in our organization, the person NEVER receives the email. I have them look at their junk/spam folder and nothing arrives. We use SSO sign on. But is the email necessary to confirm in order for the user to access Brandfolder? How long does it take for Brandfolder to recognize the new person who I've attempted to add on as one of our users?

It may be that the brandfolder.com domain needs to be added to the allowlist for the recipient’s organisation.
As a Brandfolder admin, you should be able to see if users are pending or confirmed, and resend invites from the Brandfolder user management page.

If you’ve confirmed that the brandfolder.com domain has been added to the allowlist and the recipients are still not receiving invites, I’d recommend creating a Support ticket so the team can investigate this issue.
