Dynamic View - Conditional Formatting in Blank Cells

Dynamic View seems stumped by blank cells and doesn't properly apply conditional formatting. In the screenshot below, each of the white cells should have a color.
As a workaround, we colored the entire column in the source sheet, which seemed to work initially. But then we realized that conditional formatting toΒ change
Β the cell color in blank cells was still not working.
See screenshots below (first screenshot is of the dynamic view with incorrect colors; second is a screenshot of the source sheet showing the correct formatting).
I already posted this in Get Help, and there were workarounds suggested but no real solution. I am requesting Dynamic View be improved so that this bug doesn't occur. Thanks!

I've experienced the same issue, conditional formatting does not function correctly in dynamic views, but is correct at sheet level and in reports. Please fix this bug.

This is concerning as we rely on Dynamic Views to build our user interfaces. We recently demo'd a new feature using conditional formatting which was greatly received by our user community, but now, we hit this bug in testing.
Please prioritize this fix.

Iβm experiencing the same issue on a project that is being rolled out company-wide as the first impression for our company. This bug is making Smartsheet look unreliable.
